Part I — General Terms and Conditions
Apply for warranty service

You can apply for product warranty service if the performance of the product fails within the valid product warranty period.

Service Method

During the warranty period, if the product does not perform the guaranteed functions, please contact iouluo for the corresponding after-sales service.

1. Telephone support:
By telephone or fax, we will explain the problem of the product in detail, and will arrange the professional technical personnel to provide the service in the specified time. Within a fixed period of time, we will locate the fault of the equipment and come up with a solution to finally solve the fault.

2. On-site support:
If the fault cannot be diagnosed by phone, we will arrange engineers to go to the site to analyze the cause, make a plan and eliminate the problem.

IOULUO may not provide after-sales service in some areas and the content of the after-sales service policy may vary from place to place. Services outside the scope of regular service may be subject to charges. For local information, please contact IOULUO.

Equipment provided by the company are not less than the specified warranty period, such as quality problems during this period, our company will send special engineers, within 1 hour response, 24 hours to provide a solution. (Beyond the warranty period of the product received repair, in accordance with the relevant service content will be arranged as soon as possible to deal with the commissioner)

After-sales service content

1. The product warranty period is free of charge, three years of maintenance. The warranty period is calculated on the date of acceptance of the product after installation. The warranty period of this product starts from the date you receive the goods. If you are unable to provide valid evidence such as a purchase invoice, the warranty start date will be calculated from the factory date shown on the machine toThe service will be extended for 90 days afterwards.

2. After each service, we will submit a formal after-sales service report to the customer.

3. Installation and commissioning: We provide free installation and commissioning of goods, and according to the predetermined plan and the actual needs of users, we will make an installation plan and Installation and commissioning.

4. Information: After installation, we will provide the necessary documents and all information about this project free of charge.

Non-Aftermarket Policy Coverage

This policy does not cover the following:
× The occurrence of man-made collisions and burn accidents not caused by the quality of the product itself;
× Damage caused by private modification, disassembly, or opening of the case that is not guided by the official manual;
× Damage caused by incorrect installation, use and operation not in accordance with the instruction manual;
× Damage caused by the customer's own repair of installed parts without official instructions;
× Damage caused by circuit modification not guided by the official manual, or improper use of the battery pack or charger match (This article applies to machines with battery models);
× Damage caused by all operation or cleaning activities not operated in accordance with the product instructions;
× Damage caused by handling in harsh environments, such as high winds, rain, sand and dust;
× Damage caused by manipulation in a complex electromagnetic environment or strong interference source environment, such as mining areas, transmission towers, high-voltage lines, Substation, etc.;
× damage caused by manipulation with other wireless devices that interfere with each other, such as transmitters, map signals, WiFi signal interference, etc.;
× Damage caused by forced operation in the event of deterioration or damage to parts;
× Damage caused by reliability and compatibility problems when used simultaneously with non-IOULUO certified third-party components;
× Damage caused by insufficient discharge when the power is low or when using a battery with quality problems (This article applies to machines with battery models);
× Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the product;
× Any third-party products (including those provided by or integrated into iouluo products at your request) Failure or damage caused by;

Part III — Types of after-sales service

IOULUO offers you the following after-sales services: machine commissioning, repair and replacement, repair and replacement of non-perishable parts and operation training. For detailed information, please contact IOULUO.

 

Exchanges can be applied for when the following conditions are met:

√ The customer receives the goods and finds that the product has suffered damage in transit and can provide proof of damage provided by the transportation company;(inspected by technicians)

√ The customer receives the goods and finds that the product is seriously inconsistent with the original product description in one or more important aspects; (after inspection by technical personnel)

√ The customer receives the goods and finds that the product has a performance failure that is not man-made damage; (after technical personnel inspection)

 

We have the right to refuse a customer's request for an exchange in the following cases:

× On-site confirmation of receipt of goods and after the machine has been debugged and trained for operation by on-site technicians;
× The inability to provide legal proof of purchase or documents when exchanging goods, or forgery or alteration of documents;
× The replacement goods are incomplete, or the appearance is damaged for human reasons;
× No quality problems per se, as tested by iouluo technical support department;
× The quality of goods caused by collision and burnout not caused by their own quality problems, as well as by man-made private modifications, foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.), incorrect installation, and failure to use and operate according to the instructions;
× Products damaged by unavoidable factors, such as fire, flood, lightning, traffic accidents and other force majeure;
× After contacting IOULUO to confirm the exchange service, the corresponding item is not sent within the agreed time;
× If the goods are damaged due to transportation and the replacement is not provided with the proof of damage issued by the transportation company;
× Other circumstances described in the policy.

The following conditions must be met for the implementation of free warranty service:

√ Since the purchase of the product in the specified product warranty period of normal use, non-human performance failure of the product;

√ No unauthorized disassembly, no modification or addition that is not in accordance with the official manual, and no other non-human caused failure;

√ Provide valid purchase contracts and documents.

The following situations are not covered by the free product warranty service:

× Damage caused by all operating or cleaning activities not operated in accordance with product instructions;
